Hi everyone! I’m Gilda, and I’m on a mission to help you discover the incredible power that lies within you.

My own path to empowerment and healing began in my mid-50s, during a challenging time when I was facing depression. Through the transformative practice of self-care and yoga, I not only rediscovered my joy and purpose but also unlocked a deeper connection to myself and the world around me.

Now, as a certified yoga instructor and Self-Care Success Coach, I’m passionate about sharing these life-changing practices with others. Through my company, Simply Yourself, LLC, I offer a supportive space where you can explore the ancient wisdom of yoga and learn how to cultivate a life filled with balance, resilience, and inner peace.
