SilverSneakers® is a national health and fitness program specifically for adults 65+ and those eligible through SilverSneakers®. It provides free or subsidized access to certified fitness professionals like Gilda Mack, as well as live classes designed to improve mobility, stability, and confidence. SilverSneakers® helps you stay active, social, and strong.

Step 3 – Choose Your Training Format
You can join an existing small group SilverSneakers® class or work with Gilda to develop a SilverSneakers® fitness program for Seniors in your community. We’ll find the best option for your comfort and goals.
4: Step 4 – Begin Training at Your Own Pace
