PAR-Q Health & Lifestyle Questionnaire
Before any physical activity, I walk you through the Physical Activity Readiness Questionnaire (PAR-Q). This helps us identify any existing conditions, medications, or limitations we should factor into your fitness plan. Your safety drives everything I do.
Goal & Mobility Check-In
Instead of a generic fitness test, I observe how you move in everyday patterns—like squatting, standing, and reaching. I may ask you to demonstrate a few simple movements during your first session to assess balance, posture, and mobility. This helps me tailor your plan while respecting your body’s needs.
Customized Training Plan
